The Execution Forum is a monthly online session for CEOs, owners, and senior leaders. Vinay Raman, TAN co-founder and CEO of CAARMO, demonstrates how a CEO can use the CORE diagnostic process to measure the gap between strategy and execution. As a member, invite an operator and participate as an Event Facilitator — helping them understand the narrative their Individual CORE Report is providing.
Many experienced fractional leaders are comfortable doing the work. They are less comfortable selling their services. The Execution Forum gives you another way to approach your market.
Instead of asking someone in your ICP for a meeting about your services, invite them to an event built around a question that matters to them: How well is your organization translating strategy into execution?
They get to look at their own business through CORE. You get to help them understand what they are seeing. The Forum becomes a repeatable part of your go-to-market approach: identify the operators you want to work with and give them a useful reason to engage with you.
The Execution Forum is a 60-minute online working session focused on how effectively an organization is turning strategy into execution.
Operators complete the Individual CORE diagnostic before the session — a structured assessment of their organization's execution patterns.
Understand how CORE measures the distance between where strategy is set and where execution actually lands.
Begin to interpret the story within their own CORE results — what the data is surfacing about their organization.
Join a small group to explore what their Individual CORE Report may be showing them — making operating patterns more visible.
You will be introduced during the Forum as one of the Event Facilitators helping lead the experience. That gives you a natural, credible way to reach out to an operator:
"I'm a facilitator at an upcoming event I'd like to invite you to."
During the breakout, you'll help operators make sense of what they are seeing, ask questions to understand their perspective, and explore observations where useful.
Use the event to open the conversation.
Guide operators through their CORE results.
Let them experience you leading a strategic conversation.
Everything you need to invite, track, and manage your operators is available in the event platform. You'll receive a unique registration link and suggested email and LinkedIn invitation copy. Operators who register through your link are associated with you and remain your lead through follow-up.
They receive a confirmation email with Forum details and your information as the person who invited them.
They receive a calendar invitation and instructions for completing their Individual CORE diagnostic.
You’re notified when they register, and they receive the information they need leading up to the Forum.
After the Forum, you stay as their primary point of contact for all follow-up conversations.

TAN runs an ongoing program to invite Lower Middle Market operators to attend the Execution Forum — creating an additional source of potential opportunities for participating members, whether or not you bring an operator of your own.
Members who attend the Forum receive first priority for available unassigned leads. Assignments are not guaranteed and depend on the operators who attend.
By the end of the Forum, the operator you invited is in a CORE-led discovery process, led by you. Follow up to review their results, discuss what they learned, and determine together whether there is something worth exploring further.
Invite operators, lead a breakout conversation, and continue the CORE conversation afterward.
